During the holidays, on our way back from New Orleans, we stopped to see the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. The Gateway Arch (Jefferson National Expansion Memorial) signifies the westward expansion of the United States. We went there in the evening and it was pretty cold and got dark soon. We played a lot with Amy in the woods between the Arch and the parking lot. However, we had to come back in the morning to take some good pictures. It was still not a great day for pictures, but with hardly anyone around, Amy had a good running session.

From Kentucky, we went to Nashville, Tennessee. Our stop was at the Parthenon, a replica of the actual one in Greece. Since it was Monday, they were closed and we could not get in. However, there were hardly anyone around and we were able to take a lot of pictures on the outside and play in the big lawn (without ice and snow).
I love photo time!!!

Nothing better than chasing balls

We were on another road trip during the holidays and here is a good shot of Amy in Kentucky. We drive through ‘The Land Between the Lakes’ and she posed in front of Lake Kentucky. She wanted to get in, but it was so cold, we had to say no
. She still had a good time running around, looking for critters she could chase.
