Blogathon – Post -1 – 8.00 AM

We are excited to start our Blogathon 2007 – blogging for the Eau Claire County Humane Association. For more info, click Blogathon 2007, and Please Click Here to Sponsor Us! We will get rolling with a few posts on our kids, before talking about the doggies we visited with in the humane associations.

Amy knows when we get ready to go out – I suppose all good doggies do. But she also knows that when we get ready in the morning and follow a routine with her, that she has no chance of getting in the car. (Actually we walk to work – but still!). However, once we are back home, anytime we step outside the house, she has to go out with us. We usually take her wherever we go, unless it is hot outside.

Last week, when we were talking about when to go to the HA’s, she kept picking out words like ‘go’ and ‘out’. And the first chance she got – all she wanted to do was get in the car and roll…she waited patiently by the car, while we got ready. She was on a mission about the car ride and did not get distracted even when a neighbor walked a dog on the other side of the street!

I am ready!

Humans!! sigh! Its time to go!

Are you going to open? May be I should Bark for you to open!

Oh, come on!

    Good morning,

My name is Andrew and I am going to be your Blogathon monitor this year. That is right, I am afraid you are stuck with me for the next 24 hours. Don’t worry though, it won’t be so bad. Plus, when the lack of sleep starts to hit you I will be there to help keep you going. I look forward to reading more posts šŸ™‚
